This application, “Steelheart Live Reader”, is operated by 聽見環球電商有限公司 (HEAR GLOBAL E-COMMERCE CO., LTD.), a company registered in Taiwan (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). The application is used solely for the Company’s own Facebook Page, 「聽見小腿尖叫的聲音」.
Through the Facebook Pages API, and only for live-broadcast posts published on our own Facebook Page, we read the public comments left by viewers. The data we access is limited to:
We do not read the content of private messages, and we do not access friend lists, email addresses, payment information, or any data outside the public comments on our own Page’s live posts.
When a viewer places an order request in a comment on our live broadcast (for example “C01 Black M+1”), our Page may, on behalf of the Company:
We send at most one private message per comment, only in response to a comment the person left on our own Page, and only about that order request. We do not send advertising or promotional messages through this feature. You can stop receiving messages at any time by blocking or muting our Page in Messenger.
The purpose is to power live-broadcast interactions on our own Page — for example running fair giveaways and displaying on-screen engagement results — to identify which of our existing customers left a comment, and to process order requests placed in comments and notify the commenter of the result (publicly under the comment and by one Messenger private reply), so that our customer-service team can respond and follow up. We do not use this data for advertising profiling or any unrelated purpose.
Data is stored only on the Company’s access-controlled servers and is used exclusively by our internal staff for giveaway and order operations. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party.
Comment data collected for a giveaway is retained only as long as needed to draw and notify winners, and is deleted within 90 days after the relevant event ends. Order requests that became actual orders are kept as part of the order record for as long as required for fulfilment, after-sales service and legal accounting obligations.
You may request that we delete the comment data we hold about you at any time. Instructions are on our Data Deletion page, or simply email us at kepsml00016@gmail.com.

用途是支援本公司自有粉專的直播互動（例如舉辦公平抽獎、在畫面上呈現互動結果），辨識留言者是否為本公司既有顧客，以及處理留言中的喊單並通知留言者結果（於留言底下公開回覆，並以 Messenger 私訊一則），以便客服人員回覆與後續服務。我們不會將此資料用於廣告分析或任何無關用途。
資料僅儲存於本公司具存取控制的伺服器，僅供內部人員執行抽獎與訂單作業。我們不販售、不出租、不分享給任何第三方。
為抽獎蒐集的留言資料，僅保留至完成抽出與通知中獎人所需期間，並於該活動結束後 90 天內刪除。已成立訂單的喊單紀錄，會作為訂單資料保存至完成出貨、售後服務及法定會計保存義務所需期間。
