This application, “Steelheart Live Reader”, is operated by 聽見環球電商有限公司 (Hearing Global E-Commerce Co., Ltd.), a company registered in Taiwan (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). The application is used solely for the Company’s own Facebook Page, 「聽見小腿尖叫的聲音」.
Through the Facebook Pages API, and only for live-broadcast posts published on our own Facebook Page, we read the public comments left by viewers. The data we access is limited to:
We do not access private messages, friend lists, email addresses, payment information, or any data outside the public comments on our own Page’s live posts.
The sole purpose is to identify participants and winners of live-broadcast giveaway events run on our own Page, so that winners can be drawn fairly and notified. We do not use this data for advertising profiling or any unrelated purpose.
Data is stored only on the Company’s access-controlled servers and is used exclusively by our internal staff for giveaway operations. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party.
Comment data collected for a giveaway is retained only as long as needed to draw and notify winners, and is deleted within 90 days after the relevant event ends.
